Hi, I’m Amber! Dogs have been part of my life for as long as I can remember, and caring for them truly makes me happy. I’ve raised three pups of my own, worked in both a vet clinic and a grooming salon, and have long been the go to dog sitter for friends and family when they head out of town. So you can feel confident your dog is in experienced, loving hands.

I live in Friedrichshain with my husband Leo and our playful border collie x Aussie shepherd, Fleur. We’re lucky to have three dog parks nearby, and Fleur and I enjoy 1–2 hour walks every day plus weekly forest or lake adventures by car, perfect for dogs who love to sniff, explore, or splash around.

At home, pups are welcome anywhere, and we keep the apartment cool with A/C in the summer so everyone stays comfortable. I’m also happy to administer medications and can help with basic training like leash manners, recall, and impulse control.

Because Fleur’s comfort and safety are my priority, I can’t host dogs with aggression issues toward other dogs. But for friendly pups, our home is full of patience, play, and plenty of cuddles, and my goal is to give your dog the same love and care I give my own, while giving you total peace of mind.

Note for dog walking services: While Pawshake lists min. 30 minutes, my walks are a minimum of one full hour, perfect for active pups who need plenty of exercise and stimulation.

Do you do meet-and-greets?

Absolutely! I love meeting pups (and their humans) before their first stay. It gives your dog a chance to meet Fleur, and to feel at ease, and lets us chat about their routine, quirks, and favorite things.

What should I pack?

Bring their regular food, leash/harness, and any medications they need. A cozy blanket or bed from home helps them settle in, and of course, their favorite toy or chew is always a hit!

Will I get updates?

Oh yes, expect regular photos, videos, and little notes so you can see what your dog is up to, from park adventures to post-walk cuddles.

What about special care or medications?

No problem! I’m experienced with oral and topical medications and will follow your instructions carefully to keep your pup happy and healthy.

Can you help with training?

Yep! I can support basic obedience, leash manners, recall, and impulse control during walks and playtime, always with positive reinforcement. I like to integrate the environment around us for fun agility and mental stimulation as well. 

Any dogs you can’t host?

To keep Fleur safe and happy, I can’t take dogs who show aggression toward other dogs. But for friendly pups, our home is full of patience, play, and plenty of cuddles.
