Hi, I'm Amy-Jane! I'm Irish and 25 years old. I've been living in Italy for 1 year now, and I love it. I'm learning italian pero parlo solo un 'po per adesso.

Back in Ireland, I have two dogs. Freddie (approx 12) is a shitzhu that we rescued when he was abandoned at 3. Wilma (approx 8) is a Jack Russel/Terrier that we've had since she was a puppy. I have a lot of experience with all elements of their care and enjoyment.

I have further experience dog sitting for family and friends. This includes 4 year old Pixie (Poodle/Cocker Spaniel) who is always full of energy and requires a lot of attention and exercise. Also, 13 year old Bruce (Labrador) who just needed company when relaxing on the couch or slow social walks in the park.

I really miss my dogs at home and would love to use my free time here to help care for someone else's pet.

I have some experience with cats but have never pet-sat with them before.

I can adapt to the specific routine and needs of any pet, in terms of their meals types and timings, their needs for exercise and walks, washing and drying their hair. I'm familiar with pets who want a lot of comforting, playing and attention, and also pets who want their own space to relax alone.

I'm good at reading behaviours and body language to help adapt and learn each beautiful animal.
