My name is Fiona, and I am a dog lover and experienced greyhound owner. Our greyhound, Ron, was rescued from Ireland after racing, so I understand the patience and care needed for dogs who may be nervous, adapting to city life, or building confidence. This has given me hands-on experience with gentle handling, reading behaviour, and creating a calm environment.

Ron may occasionally join walks if introductions go well and this is agreed in advance. I know how important it is to ensure compatibility and comfort for all dogs involved.

As a dog owner, I prioritise a caring, attentive approach alongside engaging, appropriate exercise. I am fully present during walks and always adapt to each dog’s individual needs and energy levels. I generally walk either in Hasenheide or Tempelhofer Feld, for 30-45 minutes, 2x per day, but open to instruction (more or less time, depending on the dog). I would take maximum two dogs at one time (in addition to Ron, or seperately). 

I work as a freelancer, which gives me a high degree of flexibility. I am keen to incorporate more animal care into my routine and would treat any dog with the same care and attention as my own. In emergencies, I have a parner who works from home and can help me, and a vet (Rex) two mintues away from my home.
