Hi, I'm Sava!

Animals have always been an important part of my life. Growing up with dogs, cats, fish, and turtles taught me that every pet has a unique personality and deserves to be cared for in a way that makes them feel safe and happy.

One of my most rewarding experiences was looking after an energetic Belgian Malinois and German Shepherd in Italy for mpre than two years. They needed structure, long walks, and plenty of mental stimulation, which taught me how to handle active working breeds with confidence. Additionally, I also have a Frenchie and a Cane Corso back home. Two different dogs - the little one is super dominant and the big one is a softie. They exposed me to different ways of approaching and living with dogs. Here in NL, my rescue cat showed me a completely different side of pet care. Earning his trust required patience, consistency, and understanding—qualities I now bring to every pet I look after.

Whether your companion is bursting with energy, a little shy, or somewhere in between, I'll adapt to their routine and personality. I can care for multiple pets, and I offer dog walking, home visits, and house sitting.

When caring for your pet, I believe in keeping their routine as normal as possible. Walks are tailored to each dog's needs and usually last between 30 and 60 minutes. During home visits, I don't just refill food and water—I spend quality time playing, cuddling (if they enjoy it), and making sure they feel comfortable before I leave. If I'm house sitting, your pet will receive plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship throughout the day.

I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, so I'll keep you updated with regular messages, photos, and videos. If anything unexpected happens, I'll stay calm, contact you immediately, and make your pet's wellbeing my top priority.

I speak English, Italian, Spanish, and Serbian/Croatian/Bosnian, and I'm learning Dutch. Pet sitting is the perfect combination of two things I love: staying active and spending time with animals. Also, I could pick up your pets by car if you can't organise the logistics.
