Hi! My name is Valentina, and animals have always been a very important part of my life. I decided to become a pet sitter because I truly enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for when their owners are away. Having grown up with dogs and currently owning a Labrador named Duncan, I understand how important trust, patience, attention, and routine are when taking care of pets.

I mainly offer walks and pet care on Thursdays and Fridays, with walks ranging from 30 minutes up to 2–3 hours. I create fun and enriching experiences for each dog, combining calm nature walks, playful moments, and plenty of time to explore safely. I usually walk in green and peaceful areas such as Vondelpark, Beatrixpark, De Pijp, and surrounding quieter streets, always choosing environments that match the dog’s energy and comfort.

When I meet a new dog, I always take the time to build trust first and observe how they respond to me, making sure they feel comfortable and safe before anything else. Once a bond is established, I introduce a gentle first walk to understand how they behave in the environment and how they react to different stimuli. From there, I adapt the routine depending on their needs and the time spent together. If I am with the dog for 2–3 hours, I usually include two walks, with rest time in between, and I can also return home for feeding if needed.

I am very attentive to each animal’s specific needs and personality, always making sure they feel understood and secure. I do not administer medication to pets, but I carefully follow any instructions provided by the owner regarding their care and routine.

My priority is always to create a calm, positive, and enjoyable experience where every pet feels safe, loved, and truly cared for.
