Hi! I’m Emma, a university student living in Rome and an animal lover.

Animals have always been an important part of my life. I started as a volunteer at the zoo in Budapest, where I learned to care for many different species. Since then, life has introduced me to all kinds of animals, including dogs of all sizes, cats, rabbits, horses, turtles, ferrets, and even goats!

I genuinely love spending time with animals and getting to know their unique personalities. Friends and family have often trusted me to look after their pets, both for short visits and longer stays — one of my longest experiences was caring for a dog for over a month while the owner was away.

I’m currently flexible with scheduling by arrangement, so feel free to reach out to check what works for you. I’m happy to take one pet at a time to give them my full attention, though I’m also comfortable walking up to two dogs together if they already know each other. My walks usually last between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the pet’s energy level and preferences — I always adjust the pace and length to what suits them best.

I’m patient and calm with different temperaments: confident and playful dogs, shy or nervous animals, and everything in between. I take time to let a pet warm up to me at their own pace before jumping into play or walks, and I always keep safety first — leashed securely on walks, no off-leash risks in unfenced areas, and close attention around other animals or traffic.

I’m responsible and always happy to follow your pet’s routine, including feeding, walks, medication if needed, and regular updates with photos. If any emergency would happen, I’d instantly call you, and if needed, take your pet to the vet.

I’m fluent in English and Hungarian, and also learning Italian and Chinese.

Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply calm company, I’ll make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. I will care for your pet as if they were my own! 🐾
