Hello! I’m Shane, an English cat lover living in the heart of Rome. I’m a native English speaker with a low to moderate level of Italian, which I’m improving every day. I’ve always had a deep affection for animals — especially cats — and share my home with two adopted companions who’ve been with me since the pandemic.

Although I’m new to the profession of cat sitting, I have plenty of hands-on experience caring for my own cats and for friends’ pets when they travel. I’m sensitive to each cat’s unique nature and needs, whether they’re shy, independent, or affectionate. My approach is calm, patient, and respectful, ensuring your cat feels safe and understood.

During each visit, I handle feeding, playtime, and litter cleaning with care — and I always leave your home as clean and tidy as I find it. You’ll also receive photo updates for peace of mind while you’re away.
